Is Benefit Play free?
The current games are available to play without a paid plan. This may change if future features or subscriptions are added.
Do I need an account?
Some games can be played as a guest when guest play is enabled. An account is useful when you want official saved statistics, history, and highscores.
What does an account save?
An account can save your game history, performance statistics, and official highscores. Guest results are intended to stay local to your browser as "Best on this device."
Are these games medical training?
No. Benefit Play games are fun cognitive exercises designed to challenge focus, memory, observation, and visual perception. They are not medical tools and should not be used for health assessment, health care, or medical guidance.
Can I play on mobile?
Yes, the games are browser-based and designed to be usable on common desktop and mobile screen sizes. Some games may feel more comfortable on larger screens.
How do I report a bug?
Signed-in players can use the Report a Bug page. You can also email support@benefit-play.com with the game name, browser, device, and steps to reproduce.
What information should I include in a support request?
Include the page or game name, what happened, what you expected, your browser and device, and whether you were signed in or playing as a guest.
